NCSG members Mr & Mrs Simpson successfully set aside Promontoria's statutory demand at Barnsley County Court in July 2016. We have received confirmation that Promontoria's subsequent High Court appeal submitted in December 2016 has been denied. The judge finds for the Simpsons.
